We’re not there yet when it comes to equality issues. Global pay gaps are far from closing currently, as women’s salaries in the U.S, for example, have been cited as being 78% of the average male salary.

This issue extends to other strands such as race, sexual orientation and disabilities.

For the first time ever, we’re redistributing Twix’s exactly equal chocolate bars, making one shorter than the other. Thus, representing the pay gap between 2 different groups of people and keep raising awareness about it.
